My mate has a 2000 Stumpy FSR which he has added a disk on the front to.

Is there any way to get a disk on the back? Wheels are disk ready I'm hoping there is a way round it. Don't think he will really fancy having anything welded on. I seem to remember Hope doing something years ago where an arm went up to the canti mount.

Any help much appreciated!

Does he have a 5mm hole on the left dropout? If so you can fit a specialized disk adapter. It bolts onto that hole and the V brake mount

They are discontinued, IIRC, so its ebay or some old stock somewhere

I'm sure Betd used to make some replacement rear triangles for some specialized, as I found a link for a friend of a friend (ages ago), as he wanted to do upgrade to disc's too.
Can't find anything on the BETD site now though, might be worth dropping them an email?
