[Closed] Waterproof jacket recommendations - light weight, hood is ok

Any recommendations for a genuinely waterproof, lightweight jacket. A non bike specific one is fine, hood might actually be a bonus.

Not interested in "shower proof", I've got a nice Montane tennis ball size one.

Ideally under £100, I'd get paclite if I was spending £150+
