There was some **** riding along the Inners to GT road tonight on a niceish MTB dressed in black and had no lights on - it was dark. That is a oneway ticket to an early grave - dont be so stupid the next time.

Perhaps he was caught out for whatever reasons and had little other option than to take what he knew full well was a risky, but unavoidable ride home.
Would he be any safer walking in the lack of any other options, such as phoning home or getting public transport?
