As it's so muddy everywhere at the moment I thought I would explore some areas locally and had a ride at Warren Heath and Heath Warren yesterday afternoon. It looked promising, but there has been lots of tree felling recently, so I didn't find much in the way of single track.
I know that Gorrick have races over there, so I was hoping someone might have some routes on Map or GPX? Bramshills Common is also nearby.
Haen't been over that way in years but was very much a mixed bag then.
It is a working forest but always found the woodland quite dense there.
It does look like it might have some potential, however like everywhere else it was a bit of a mud fest. They had signs up warning of a motorbike event next weekend, so it's only going to get worse. It would be nice to have a map of the Gorrick events though.
From the pictures of the STW Swinley ride on Sunday it didn't look too muddy so I might head back over there next weekend.
They've not done any racing there for several years, if they've been logging a lot of the trails are probably gone anyway.
