hi all, just a little tale about sticky bikes...
got the nod for the forum that these folks were cool with producing custom decal...fantastic. sent off requirements (then changed me mind but specified what was needed), paid me cash (£25)..... month later wrong decals arrived, wrong colour and wrong size.... no worries.. was offered refund, took it.
then all went t$tz up. sticky bikes refused to pay refund (as setting up wrong decals was time consuming) was offered new one which i took.... its now been 3 months, nout has arrived, caroline keeps telling me they were/ are being sent (no proof of both decals or tracking numbers!). Ive been super patient with these folks but felt a warning needs to be aired...
i bet most have had great transactions with this company but in my current experience, a large bargepole is suggested....shame..
