Warm Socks

My girlfriend is ALWAYS complaining about cold feet so I thought as a christmas extra I'd get her some warm socks, (I know it's not a very good pressie but it's just an extra, don't panic)

so, what are the warmest, multi purpose socks out there?

Assos fuga socks are so warm:)) Highly recommended.

get those 2.3 tog socks you see in loads places.

I use them for winter cycling with summer shoes and overboots and there snug as fu*k

Boolies are great (I get them every year now for Christmas!) and whilst well warm - they're not uber warm. Their big advanage is that you can wear them in normal shoes etc.

Those 2.x TOG socks on the other hand (link doesnt work but I think I know the ones you mean) are HOT! But you'd need shoes 3 sizes bigger to fit.
