Warm baselayer

Currently got an endura baabaa merino long sleeve baselayer for winter but is there anything out there that's warmer, I like castelli stuff and looked at the flanders long sleeved one but is this a warmer/thicker than the baabaa or can anyone recommend anything else, cheers

pretty light, but has a waffle knit, there's light weight and mid weight versions which is very warm.

The Nike and UnderArmour baselayers on Sports Direct are cheap and very warm. Save money and buy those.
