Contador = cheating bastard.

Edit. I'll add lying bastard to that as well.

To avoid 2 weeks of this, can we please just assume everyone knows, and assume he's now clean until proven otherwise? I don't like him as a person at all, but he's a god when it comes to racing. And I'd like to enjoy watching him race ๐Ÿ™‚

Stage 3 today not stage 2....cracking finish but I'm 50/50 as to whether Bertie is clean now (doubtful) and the stage winner has found some form from nowhere after struggling in the Tour, he is now showing better climbing form than Froome.

Prologue doesn't count (it's like stage 0) I think.

official site says Stage 3.
the reporting on Cycling News made it sound like Froomey wasn't wasting his energy with short bursts to close gaps on attacks, saving it for any final attacks from Contador... wishful thinking?
hopefully this is a tasty prelude to the rest of the Vuelta.

There wasn't a prologue.....anything over (I think 8km) is a stage proper....the TTT was definitely stage 1

well well - just watched the highlights - Contador doing his party tricks but didn't capitalize on his attacks. just testing the water, or maybe missing that extra 4-5% to stay away?
Froomey being calm and coy in interview - wonder where Sky plan on gaining time.
another hill top finish tomorrow - lets hope there's more of the same.

Drug ban already established Al, do keep up at the back

Interesting point of view when applied to being a druggie. I assume this has to apply to everyone in every situation and doesn't allow people to learn from mistakes or rehabilitate themselves or be rehabilitated. Do you ever find conflicts with this attitude?
Best finish I've seen for a long time.

Froome looked mightily impressive. No panic just up the cadence. Made me chuckle with Bertie's constant checking to see if he'd dropped him.
