Hi Chaps,
Has anyone got a Smashpot or an ACS3? I'm tempted to switch one in on the big bike, as I'm not getting on with the current setup.
Interested to know which folk find best. Interested in the smart bottoming shim on the Smashpot.
Cheers
Ricks
Dunno just how much the Push one costs but have heard on forums even this very one!
That it is indeed very very well worth it.
Would rather have the smashpot since is has an HBO but If suggest getting a secondary air chamber for your fork like the dsd runt.
Not used the push one but I have the smashpot fitted to some lyriks and it's great!
Hydraulic bottom out adjuster works a treat allows you to firm up the last 50mm of travel, lots of spring options, can swap them between forks and adjust the travel and I think it's cheaper than the push too. Would definitely recommend!
I have the Push one fitted with a 50lb spring and run 10psi in the air. (88kg)
Feels great but struggle to use full travel in the UK.
Bottomed our fairly easy in Morzine last week when I sent the “high on patrol” board walk drop to flat.
I’m looking for a 45lb 170mm travel if anyone has one for sale.
Tftuned won’t swap them now Saddleback have taken over imports.
Can you not just buy a new spring from Push/Saddleback?
Had forgotten about this..... £80 is absolutely taking the piss!!!
We give our customers 2 weeks after fitting a coil into a fork or fitting a coil shock and if they aren't happy with the spring rate we swap it out FOC.
