Going up via the 4th way, i would like to come down on trail/singletrack (or as much as possible) rather than fire road. Ive checked out trail forks, there are a few bits i may be able to link up but it would be nice to have a gpx to follow?

There's a gravel route from Bedoin up to Chalet Reynard, counts as fireroad - is that what you mean by 'the 4th way'?

there's a good singletrack from Chalet Reynard down to Bedoin. Just drop off the carpark and follow the gully down.
