My only bike is a 29er rigid single speed Inbred.
It was built on a tight budget as a third , going to work, winter hack and proved to be so capable fun and fast that the other bikes never got used.
The inbred frame is showing signs of wear and tear so I feel like treating myself.
The Vassaago verhauen has caught my eye but I have never ride one, any feed back on them would be gratefully received .
I am also open to other suggestions of compliment steel 29er frames.
I keep hankering after a jones, but unfashionable as it may be , I like to be on a long, fast feeling bike and fear I may be disappointed with the upright position of the jones / Stooge .
I like fast efficient bikes, I can't help it.....
I have been looking at that, coming from a Solaris and El Mariachi but for not much more you can go fully custom from a UK builder...
Just paid my deposit for a Swarf...
I built up my Vassago Verhauen 29+ A couple of months ago and so far am loving it.
I had a Vassago Jabberwocky previously and really like the longer top tube. The new Jabberwocky is imminent, it might be worthwhile getting in touch with Tom or Charlie to check out your options
