[Closed] Vans Warner SPD shoe, do they have a stiff sole ?

Dunno about the stiffness, but IIRC when the mags reviewed it, the issue with the Warner SPD was with the cleat plates being rather too far forward/backward (i forget which!) so deinitely worth finding a shop with one you can have a look at. Even if they don't have your size you could compare stiffness and cleat postition with another shoe.

I used to have some Vans Exacerbate 2 from 8 or nine years ago, they were ever so slightly stiffer than my 'leisure' shimano spds but nothing like a proper xc shoe. Really heavy but really great and comfy they were.
