I only still post on these threads because I genuinely intend to make it to another TBC ride one of these days, but not this week, hurt my achilles tendon on the road bike (super lame, you shouldn't injure yourself on the road bike! 🙁 )

I'm off to see Eels tomorrow night. I have a spare ticket, email me if interested in seeing a gig as an alternative to riding in t'hills. 🙂

ChrisL - that's the top of Torduff Hill, which generally requires crossing of a couple of low fences. My last pic above is looking south west from the same spot towards Clubbiedean on the right.

The Glasgow date for Eels was announced before the Edinburgh one. I nearly got tickets for the Glasgow gig before I heard about the Edinburgh show. Given the size of the beard E had on display last night I can only assume he's a singlespeeder!

That is correct Chris, can be reached in a number of ways, usually from bottom of scalextric, over fence & down the west (open) side of the trees for me. Good test of gear management that way...

It was last night indeed Claire - as Colin says, it's surprisingly (?!) wet in parts, given the last couple of dry days...
