Servicing an XCR Sumo post. Anyone have any tips for removing the keys that doesn't involve pliers and a lot of swearing?

Use a scribe to prise them out from underneath, that's what i did.
Oh yes remember the bush part that looks cracked is supposed to be like that 😉 you can get a service kit for them which supplies new keys for about 11 pounds. The keys do wear and this causes lateral play.
