I have an old Vison One headtorch. Whilst very nicely made, the LED in it is a bit puny. Has anyone successfully upgraded? Looks like simplest option would be to de-solder the emitter and put a new one in, sticking with the existing driver circuitry if suitable. Not something I could do though - far too fiddly!
