Big Al for the win at Wheel craft. 01360 312 709.
What you might wish to consider are H Plus Son Hydras. Rea!ly rather good rims. Excellent quality in build into a very good wheel.
jmatlock - MemberOk, So just to confirm.
I don't want to learn to build them myself. I don't have the time or the inclination.
Typical of the 'I want it now generation. Happy to pay for someone to do it for you. You'll be wanting someone else to ride you're bike for you next! For a fee of course. Not me! No siree. I cast and forge my own alloys these days. I don't simply 'build' my own wheels - i bloody make them! 😉
p.s. got a set of tech enduros myself - decent wee wheel
Euro, lol!
The ‘Build them yourself’ lot are right and maybe one day. But today isn’t that day.
H Plus Son Hydras are way too narrow for the OP if he wants 23mm internal - they’re 23mm external, so likely to be 18mm internal. They’re also all style, no substance. Polished turds.
Any near North London?
Ive got an expensive mtb wheel to repair and attempts to talk to places in Peterborough and Cambridge have failed, but really need this wheel fixed soon, reliably.
I use these guys. Built my tandem wheel for me and did a spot on job.

another DCR vote x2 sets plus a warranty replacement and no problems at all.
@Kryton57 If you're in the Cambridge area, Mark at City Cycle Centre in Ely is very good.
Learn to do it. It's enjoyable and relaxing and you are then happier about maintaining them too.
That.
I've built a number wheels, for me or my pals, relaxing, satisfying.
Try it.
Surprised no one's mentioned Dave Hinde...
