How good is the offroad surface? Something like a smallblock could be good- very fast rolling, good grip on hard stuff, long lived- but they're **** all use in the mud

Sold to SWMBO as 'they will improve your bike handling' dear. You may want to deliver this from a safe distance in a room with no items heavy enough to hurt when thrown at you.

Maxxis Crossmark are fast, and OK on trails if it's not muddy.

Crossmark is good as a rear but I wouldn't want it on the front.
