Right then. Got Some free time off this week but probably only got time to hit up one of these. So which is people's favourite and which has the best Downhill sections?

Any help would be greatful.

Cafall everytime - awesome trail. Like the Twrch, the first part is a bit of a slog but the downhills won't disappoint.

Depends on the weather.

The Twrch has had years to bed in properly so runs well in any weather, actually runs faster and gripper when damp as it keeps the dust down.
Cafell is still settling in so can be very slippery when wet, especially under the trees where it's been hand-cut.

I'd personally rate both downs the same but different. The Twrch is rocky then fast after the bridge. Cafell is fast with less rocks but a better variety.

You won't be disappointed with either tbh ๐Ÿ˜€

If you have spare time both can be done in less than 1 hour 30 - did both yesterday. The Twrch was bone dry but Cafall was wet under the tree's but that only make's you appreciate it better when you clear the section.

Cafall climbs are not as tricky as Twrch just longer especially the first 30mins. Track is bedding in but has the advantage of not having any of the speed bumps that have been on the Twrch for a while (personally I don't mind them!)
Clear you morning/afternoon do both - you won't be disappointed then ๐Ÿ™‚
