Still waiting for my order from last week, sent email's to sales and customer service, no response. Terrible service.

Don't go by there 'stock' or 'lead times'.
I have had 2 issues recently and will not use them again.
I've emailed them and messaged them on Facebook but heard nothing back. Trying to see when my order will be shipped. Might have to cancel and order from somewhere else.
I do order from Tweeks occasionally....but only if the price saving is significant and I DONT need the part asap. By that I mean I know it might be weeks till it arrives....
Phone them. I had no issues when trying to arrange a return/ replacement., just called tbe shop, the woman who dealt with me was very friendly and helpful. They may just be very busy, or having staffing problems.

For Balance I ordered some stuff on Sunday and it arrived Tuesday on there standard postage too, the items all showed in stock.
I don't use them often but they had (or appeared to have) in stock what I needed, I ensured none had lead times....
Probably best to phone to see what's what.
Last time I had a similar issue all I got over the phone was the "it should be with you tomorrow" routine from a different person everytime, so eventually cancelled my order.
I just hope they haven't done a ubyk on me.

That's been my experience. Sent me an old version in a totally different colour to what I ordered. They didn't respond to my email either.
They've been good when I've called though.
