<total guess>
some of the older forks were only adjustable internally - maybe turnkey means the posh ones with external nobs

From the SRAM site: TurnKey is a reliable, simple lockout system designed to address the needs of the XC and lightweight All Mountain bike rider. TurnKey provides two position settings: "on" or "off". The lockout is easy to use, and is compatible with Poploc remotes. Hover over the Turnkey symbol on this page.

Searching for Dart 2.5 on google it does say this model has turnkey lockout, tho' I'd have thought this would've been at the top of the fork (especially if Poploc compatible). Usually the knob at the bottom of Rock Shox forks is to control rebound damping.
