Anyone got recommendations for tyres that work & mount easily onto Mavic rims with Stans rim strips

I have been using schwalbe x ones this season,they have been fine for dry intermediate conditions.I have a set of dugast tubs for when its muddy.I am 78kilos and have been running them at 2 bar up front 2.2 behind without burping problems.
