I just treat myselft to a set of Stan's Crest rims with Hope Pro 2 Evo hubs and would be grateful for a bit of advice.
I'd like to run tubeless and have bought stans tubless valves and sealant, but am unsure about the rim tape I need.
The wheelset came with Velox Wheels Rim Tapes Rim Tape Cloth, rather than a plastic type rim tape that was on my previous Bontrager wheels. Will I need to change this tape from cloth to a plastic style tape?

You will have to change the tape to the Stans yellow tape. You can use cut down extra strong gaffa tape type stuff as well but not sure how long it will last.
Problem solved.
Stronger than stans yellow too, and the perfect size for my 21mm internal WTB rims. If you have wider internal width, get a wide pack and cut it down with a stanley.
