Just ordered some nobby nics evo's can these be set up tubeless on Easton ea70 xc wheels.If so what's involved.

Do a search on here, there have been countless threads on tubeless setup. Some very good information in them 🙂
EA70 XCT rims are UST anyway, so just valves and gunk will do the job...and a track pump.
Never had much luck with Swchable running them tubless, maybe just my luck, but I'd not bother.
And I have never had any trouble running tubeless on Schwalbe....
I think Evos are Tubeless ready. If the rim is ust, just add fluid and pump like crazy.

Evos are tubeless ready, you will need sealant or they will deflate at the first thorn...
They are not UST. I have never had any trouble with schwalbe tyres.
