Hi,
if you buy a new trek from a trek dealer can you take it to one of the “official trek” shops for warranty. (Yes it is an ebike) and have you actually done it and how did it go

Yes but some will charge you a labour rate for raising the warranty if not bought from them

I did a warranty through a Trek dealer even though I didn’t buy it from them( they couldn’t get the stock at the time), had no problems. I think it was solved in 3 weeks or so(frame replacement).
