I'm looking at spending just over £1000 on a full suspension bike and have narrowed it down to a few options below:

Used 2013 Trek Fuel EX8 (with full service including shocks) £1100
http://www.trekbikes.com/uk/en/bikes/2013/archive/trek/fuel_ex_8/#/uk/en/archive-model/details?url=uk/en/bikes/2013/archive/trek/fuel_ex_8

new Canyon Nerve al 6.0 £1200
https://www.canyon.com/en/mountainbikes/bike.html?b=3573

What do you folks think? Any advice? ( I don't want a hard tail and can't afford anything more expensive lol)

Thanks!

All depends on the condition of the Trek.

Good nick, I'd buy that - otherwise a brand new shiney probably better.

Titus El Guapo? X5 but 29er

Another option is to look at paulscyles.co.uk - loads of good stuff on there.

I have a Canyon Nerve AL8 and it is a great bike, very comfortable feels fast and it very well made.

I would pick the same bike again.
