mine has snapped again just above the bb on the down tube, they've already replaced the frame and rear swing arm that snapped, anyone else, gathering ammunition to get a refund or replace with different model.
Just go back to the shop you bought it from and task to them.how old is the frame? Assuming it is a few years old your relying on treks warranty. In done ways be grateful trek offer a decent warranty unlike a lot of niche manufacturers who would not help you.
Will do, lifetime warranty on this frame. Original was 2005, new frame 209. There's obviously an issue with the design or my weight 😉
Still on an old fuel frame? I have heard of a few back ends failing. Trek will sort it of that I have little doubt. At some point they won't be able to replace like for like.
