Any Exp of trails around cote d'azur?

i have done some awesome allmountain riding round sospel 30 mins drive out of NICE GR5 e.c.t got them off a walking map.

Another vote for sospel, some amazing stuff there. I've seen some vids man made style trails there too. The esterel has some nice stuff too but I'm not sure what the riding rules are there. If you speak French then the staff in alticoop are good and will point you in the right direction.
