Cycled over to the velodrome yesterday and asked a chap outside Evans how to get to the trails. He suggested not to bother as he was replacing his tyre which had a 1 inch gash caused by glass and while I was chatting to him someone else turned up with a puncture. So I sacked it off. So are the trails a glass fest or worth riding?

Trails still being built, so probably worth waiting until they're finished.

thanks I thought they were finished. The chap I spoke to said if you veer off the trail it's littered with glass due to it being a old landfill sight.

Hmmm.... glass scattered over trails next to conveniently placed bike shop....
