I'm after a good leather touring saddle for circa £50. Any recommendations? Fancied a Brookes, but been informed they take forever and a day to break in.
I have a black B17. My first ride on it was around 50 miles and it was perfect from the first mile to this very day.

spa cycles do a sort of brooks copy for less money.
B17 is probably one of THE most popular Brooks saddles.

Brooks perfect from mile one. Needs looking after i.e mudguards so they don't get water logged. Just put mine back on a suitable bike, perfect.

IIRC, brown versions take longer to "break-in". Something to do with the tanning process.
