I presume the app referred to is this one...
LETOUR.FR I can't see the actual roadbook on this app. Some of the info is the same but the actual roadbook gives masses of detailed info...
The roadbook has its own app (publisher, on android at least: MAOGANI) - you need that username/password up there to use it.
The app is, imaginatively, called Tour de France Roadbook.
