I've never rounded off a torx bolt; same can't be said for allen key!

Coatesy, spot on, same with me, snapped 2 torx keys on slx cranksets, never snapped an Allen key, or rounded an Allen bolt.

Usually Tx10 where the numpty at Hayes factory overtightens the bleed screws, expensive Britool ones too.

XX has T25 torx head bolts everywhere, brakes, shifters, mechs, cable pinch bolts, everything. I thought it would annoy me, but it doesn't!

I like Torx if they replace 4mm or less Allen bolts. 4mm and greater Allen bolts are fine.

Yes...but only on stuff that tends to round off easily like Hope rotor bolts when they've corroded into the hub.

I find torx bolts easier to round. Hate the things. Use a decent size allen bolt.
