For some reason some of my purchases through TopCashBack are not tracking, some are - I clear my cache, turn off ad blocker. Ebay always tracks and others do as well.
I have submitted missed claims for about 1 months now and its still says with retailer - what gives?

I never received mine from a pair of hope tech brakes, gave up after 7 or so months. Everything else has been fine. I think I cocked up the tracking and they were looking into it for me.
I put mine in for a Garmin Edge 800 for me and a mate - never tracked so added it and now its still with retailer 🙁
Has anyone contacted the retailer direct or would this be a no no?
