well, after a crack appeared in my 17 month old anthem frame, i called Swinnerton Cycles Forest Centre where i bought it, and without a quible it was exchanged for a new shiny one, inside 5 days. Pretty damn good i think. They were even good enough to provide me with a loan bike whilst mine was waiting for the new frame! All swapping over of componentry done for me too!
Just goes to show, support your LBS, and they will be there to support you!

They are not my lbs but I have always had very good service from them.
