Want something to wrap up tools etc with different size pockets for my rucksack. It MUST have compartments.

what sorta tools are you taking that requires a wrap for it ...
surely multi tool ,pump, tube and 15mm spanner if your running bolt up SS ....
Its not just tools its spare pads/chain links etc. I like to have everything at hand rather than rummaging around in the bottom of a big bag
I use a little tube pencil case
What you need is a big VW van to carry it all in.
(quite inappropriate tongue in cheek)
don't forget to carry a range of rear mech's and mech spares too ;)))
