[Closed] Tool Kits

Hi guys, recently started gathering the bits together for a new hardtail build. I'm now at the point where i need to stick it all together and so i am after tools. The ice tools kits from chain reaction seem decent value to get me started, i know they're not the best tools but money is tight after buying parts, i figured i can just buy decent tools as the ice ones give up. I already have decent spanners, sockets, snips, general tools etc.

My question is which one do you think i should go for;
