I've just been on the phone to Cyclescheme to get a feel for the amount of the final payment on my 3 year deal ending in December. They tell me they aren't dealing with the final payments on this account and I need to speak to Grass Roots (I spoke to them as well and they know nothing).
Who are Grass Roots? Has anyone had any dealings with them?

Grass Roots are the company that own Cyclescheme AFAIK.
