What should I use to stop things like seatpost and BB cups seizing in a titanium frame ?
There are copper sprays and greases - is that the stuff or is there something better ?

copper grease.
Of course you could buy Finish Line Ti Prep in a 15grms sachet for the same price as 500grams of near identical copper grease...
