It has one sticker, distributed by Moore Large.
Canti brakes, shimano exage, sugino cranks...
and of course a lovely gold and black splatter paint job which caught my eye...total cost £5.
any idea what it is exactly?

That would be an Emmelle Classic. Very late 80's until early 90's.
