Anyone got any times for doing the Altura Trail as a whole and in one go?

Cheers

A mate did both red loops in about 1 hour 30 mins - not sure how long it has taken me in the past but something similar I would guess

I can do both reds in 1 hour 10. Start and finish at the Altura gate. Not waiting around but not breathless either.

it's not that long really, and the climbing isn't exactly epic. having said that it took me and a mate over two hours... we did stop for a LOT of photo's though, and sessioned a few sections too.

Took me 1hr 45 to do the North & South loop at a steady pace, with stopping to chat to a bloke for 5 mins or so & then repeating a left right steep rocky turn a few times as I couldn't get it right and also taking some photos......

The challenge is both reds in under an hour (1hr 20min including blue).
More training needed for me I'm afraid.
56 mins is the quickest I know of.

Whats with all the "How fast can you get round X trail centre" on here, does it really matter or is everyone elses life a race?

What's with the "you shouldn't ride as fast as you can, because then you won't enjoy it", does it really matter or can everyone else not be bothered to set themself a challenge once in a while?

Yeah I think challenges are good fun. I've been trying to do an 18mile lap of coniston lake in under an hour, still havent quite got it (1hr and 3 mins).

something to do, but it is quite hard on a Dialled Alpine with dh parts on it.
