Does anyone know if they are replaceable? Or fixable?

One of mines is loose and rattling about, can't see anyway of tensioning it

They have just gone over a year old as of end of march

Pretty gutted as I've just regreased them too and they are brilliant pedals

Springs no longer a replaceable part on current models due to the way they’re assembled.

I wrote off quite a few. New pedals time if it’s not retaining properly (but keep the old ones and hope you break a doing on the other side next time)

Older Time ATACs were built to last, my 2006 XS Carbons will be going back on the commuter fatbike before I head in tomorrow, but since ~2010 the frequency of failures on new builds has gone through the roof.

It's retaining fine tbh, it's more the rattle, but If I purposefully clip in on that side it doesn't rattle as shoe keeps it in place

Its just remembering to clip in that side I guess

I couldn't see any obvious way of getting the springs out

Had that happen with one of mine, I just shimmed the gap between spring ends and pedal body and that has removed the rattle (for now!)

Yeh I have thought about just ramming some zip ties in or something to keep it taught for the time being then I'll know to just use the other side all the time for clipping in

It’s usually the plastic body holding the springs that wear prematurely causing them to rattle and losing tension. Nothing left to do but bin them in most cases, unfortunately.🥺
