Try giving Thule a call, I snapped one of mine accidentally and after consulting with the STW oracle was told to give them a call and they might send me a replacement for free. They did 😀

Hmm - I tried that once. I got a very terse response that they don't sell spares so go to Halfords!

Not my experience on 2 occasions. Both times they sent me small spares (like the rockers to hold it on to the roof bars, lost in a house move) for a donation to their chosen charity, done on trust.
Got my business for life, what there is of it.
