Anyone using a 591 ProRide carrier:

with Thule Wing bars:

and managed to fit it without using the T-Track attachments? The downside of the T-Track is you have to cut the rubber 'WindDiffuser' strip and it then is no good when I remove the 591 ProRide carrier because it has a gap in and whistles!
I would like to mount it using the 'U-Mount' system like this so I can just drop it on and off, I assumed you could:

But it doesn't seem to fit.

I have just cut the rubber to length then re-insert it when I use the bars without the roof carrier.
I find it much easier to fit using the T bar rather than the U clamps.
