Anyone know what I'm talking about - I've seen them a few times now in London Usually on bikes coming towards me so couldn't check out what they were. Just to describe again - they have a good bright beam but then "ping" a flash every second or so

Any ideas? cheers

MC

Most Exposure lights have an 'always on and strobing' setting. Certainly the Flash and Flare do, they really get you noticed.

Loads do it, it's generally known as strobing, rather than flashing. Exposure Flash/Flares do it, but I know others do as well.
