Where you heading ?

Me its 155 miles roud the grampians and up the coast being a mobile wind break for mrs t-r

Shes doing a home made sponsored triathlon to raise money for a global learning partnership trip to rwanda to teach their teachers how to teach ( shes a teacher) in her summer holidays.

Shes doing a 4km open water swim a 6am - straight onto bike for 155 scottish miles then a 12 mile run home to top it off.

It may be a late night.a great cyclist but she is no triathlete

Re distances - swim is across the shortest crossing of rwandas biggest lake. The bike is the width of the country and the run was round the city limits of kigali - roughly

Grantyboy - is there anyone she doesnt know haha
