No wonder you needed a 15 minute poo if you drink all that rumblebelly ale.

What beer for bike building?

Are you right or left handed?

That figures - Righty tighty, lefty loosey. If you were a lefty, you wouldn't have been 15 minutes

Shed is just out of wifi range, just spend 30 minutes taking off reflectors, etc.

Anyone in Wokingham got a spare pair of flat pedals? It comes with plastic crap, the primo's on the BMX have a bent axle and I can't find my emergency spare V8's !

Take some more photo's of the spares box and we'll help you look ๐Ÿ™‚

Edit. Have you checked that small blue crate at the back of the garage? I reckon your pedals are in there

All ready, just need some pedals, might have to steal the SPD's off the singlespeed, which goes against the whole "wayyyyy overbiked for swinley" look I was going for!

I don't think it's overbiked, I think it will be quicker than your other bikes at swinley.

So "bike building" is just really removing the bike from the box, turning the bars and tightening the bolt before realising you have no pedals?

Enjoying the fact that you back garden is seemingly as organised as your garage.
Where's your work bench for the garage too?

scott_mcavennie2 - that's not entirely fair, he needed to have a poo as well and saw that as an integral part of the process.

I suspect 'tidying the yard' may be next on the list of things to do - I'm sure there's poo in that piece of soil pipe behind the bike.

wokbench = floor

garden = the bit of flat roof between the stairs and the door to the flat.

organisation = misspent riding time ๐Ÿ™‚

actually, its my shot of a mate racing his at Oulton Pak - engine is 'original' as in 'it highly modded' but not swapped out for a 280 HP's animal! ๐Ÿ™‚

I agree. My "bike building" sessions usually involve hammers, excessive sweating, multiple phone calls and swearing.

Sorry, Politically Correct Police have been on to advise that, apparently it's no longer right to say

Its not a proper bike building session unless hammers have been involved

its now

Its not a proper bike building session unless percussive maintenance has been involved ๐Ÿ˜‰

ah, is it a radio station? I thought it was that tv station after Channel 4.

My Roberts only gets long wave, so Radio4 is about it for me.
