They need to be…
1) Toastie warm
2) Suitable for road and MTB spd cleated shoes
3) Should have a reflective strip on them
4) Water resistant
5) Not too expensive
Any suggestions from the hive mind?

I got some of these earlier this year, they really make a difference both to how warm and dry my feet are and also how much extra space you get when commuting, they show up really well in headlights.
They're really quite stretchy though so if you're borderline on the shoe sizings range, go to the next size down rather than up (eg if you're size 11 then get the 9-11 rather than the 11-13 overshoe).
Endura
I'm a huge fan of my Endura MT500's.
Not too sure if you can use them with road cleats though.
I don't think you'd go far wrong with any of the Endura overshoes to be honest.

I'm using Pearl Izumi road ones. I think a road cleat would fit the mtb ones but not 100% sure - they don't do the mtb in XXL 🙁
Really liking them so far esp as they are velcro closure rather than a stupid zip that you'll (I'll) break!
The mtb ones have a funky material that looks like it should deal pretty well with british winter grime.
