just received the latest copies of MBUK and What Mountain Bike.
the subscription gift in MBUK is a Camelbak Mule which is not a bad piece of kit to have.
my issue is that whilst i am over 12 months from the original subscription, as the subs are taken on a 6-monthly DD, I have to cancel my subscription before the next DD is taken. this means that i can't actually cancel now until october 🙁
the very nice lady at future publishing tapped away at her computer a bit and sorted things out so i automatically renewed in october (which works fine for me) at the same price as quoted now, and i will also receive the camelbak mule (which is worth a 12 month subscription in itself).
okay, so they could just offer a refund on DD's (which they don't), but i am still ending up with what i want so i'm happy!
