Hello!

Ehhh 1st off its a walking trail...you will get abuse depending on when you ride it and moreso HOW you ride it. Be nice and its normally not an issue.

Bike shops.... don't be mental...its in Ireland.

As for trails. God yeah. Djouce is probably the favourite in Wicklow and where we do most of our club rides. Loads in 3 ROck on the Dublin side (near Marley park). Then as you go further afield there is more to do but kinda local knowledge.

It has been ridden in one lot by a few, and its ....a long one.

a ranting madman you say? I'm in!

but in all seriousness, do you think there would be much call for a bike/coffee/b&b shop thing around Tinahely? (I'd prefer the countryside rather than Arklow, plus I'm sure there's gotta be some good riding around the Dying Cow and beyond)

Honestly?

No.

Put one in near Djouce or 3 Rock and you'd be minted.

when I was over there last I went down to Powerscourt, cracking spot eh? On the way we drove up this monstrous climb which Stephen Roche(I think?) used to ride as part of his training, the bloody car was struggling up it!!

I think I'll look into this properly, it could be great!

heh heh, just looked at this:

loving the grading, "difficult" to "severe" beats red and black any day ๐Ÿ˜€

The 'grading' is feeble at best...I've rode it on my cross bike keeping up with mates on MTB's no issue
