Mother flipper!! Three punctures over the last year on my commute (road bike) and all on the same road within 100m of each other and spread out over the year.

Just a humdrum stretch of tarmac. I've ridden over it slowly to see if it's a bit of raised iron work but I can't spot anything.

Grrrrr. Anyone else plagued by a particular spot that has taken exception to you?

Take it back & demand a refund or new tyres & tubes.
That seems to be what some people think is fair anyway, it HAS to be the shops fault they ride over thorns...

yep - on particular bombhole/slate quary causes at least 75% of my punctures (tubeless) - shame as it's some of the best riding near me!

This time of year is a nightmare as there's usually hedgerow maintenance underway and invariably you wind up with hawthorn detritus all over the place.

I have had a bad run recently too, thorns from hawthawn hedges, sharp flint and even glass. Hoping my luck changes soon...

Maybe the thorn source is 2 miles before and it takes 2 miles for the thorn to work through and puncture the tyre
