It's a mystery drama set in Mallorca and Episode 2 is called "King of the Mountains" and features road cycling!
It was so bad, it was really funny and had my wife and I shouting at the TV.
Worth watching for the Sa Calobra bit at the end!

Total cheese, perfect TV for not thinking and having a chuckle at how bad/funny it is after a long day.
Basically a low budget Death in Paradise/Midsomer Murders set in Mallorca.
